(Powercor Region), A comparison of my monthly bill for Feb'2017 (Summer) indicates quite a good total saving, provided the POT of 34% (I will not permit Direct Debit so 1% less discount) is applied to all bill components, not just usage (ie the Discount is applied to the Service Charge as well as Peak & Off-Peak usage pre GST). He asked me what my last bill was and I said $92.70 which included the discount and he said that momentum could do the same bill for $92.00 and quoted .9176 supply and .1713 for the first 200kW and .1605 after that. 2.
